Clean rooms and friendly staff. The only downsides is if you get a normal king room with the pullout couch you can only watch TV sitting on the couch. We’ve stayed twice and the last time we got an accessibility room for some reason, and the upside was at least the TV was viewable from the bed. The other downside is the parking is only across the street and you have to pay to park even if you’re a guest at the hotel, or you can pay for valet where they will literally park your car across the street. But the hotel is a centralized downtown location within walking proximity of several good restaurants and tourist attractions. We will stay here again when we make a return trip to Dallas.

Hotel was fine, staff were okay - some cleanliness matters that should be addressed like pink mold in the upper parts of the shower (as the shower head has no hose and is only stationary). The bathroom door was so hard to close that anytime you needed to use the bathroom it would wake everyone up. There are no places to hang your towel in the bathroom (like behind the door) and the metal rack they have your towel will touch the toilet. There was a hair in the bed (but may have been housekeeping while making the bed) Lastly - no safe in the room Like do better Marriott and stop becoming sooooo cheap.
