My bed had a wad of hair in it and appeared unchanged. Due to late hour I discovered it, I spent an uncomfortable night resting on top of the bed (not between the sheets.) Notified front desk at checkout. Was told I'd receive a call or email from management regarding a refund. Two weeks later, no communication despite me calling back a couple of days after checkout to follow up on the refund that was obviously deserved. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Hotel was not responsive to their lack of proper housekeeping.
