The property was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was professional and kind. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again when we are in the area.

The free art museums, countless restaurants and coffee shops, and the farmers market were all in easy walking distance. It was amazing. I wish it was more clear that the governor's club is not accessible without an additional fee. That was part of the draw.

It’s clear they take pride in their work and care deeply about their guests' comfort and experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, but it’s the amazing staff that truly made my stay exceptional. Thank you for making my trip to Madison so enjoyable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Clean rooms and common areas. Really good breakfast selection. Will stay there again.
