Room was clean manager was nice and helpful....there was some spots on the walls that wasn't clean.. so i cleaned it off the walls..the downside of the hotel was there was a group of people with numerous children that was noisy and knocking on doors at 11.30 and 12.00pm running up and down the hallways unsupervised by there parents they was drinking downstairs with out them supervising there kids bathroom had paint and wallpaper peeling off the walls toilet paper holder was broken but .it was a good stay

Our stay was great! Check in was awesome, even though we didn’t get to read the things our host kept saying hit no thanks so idk. Side doors did not have handicap doors and they slammed on you. Breakfast was outstanding! Pool/hot tub needs some updated paint and maintenance.

This was our first stay in Deforest, Wisconsin and at this hotel. The accommodations were very nice and the staff was so friendly at the front desk and the manager spent a lot of time talking with us during breakfast one morning. We would recommend this hotel for sure.

The splash pad wasnt on the first day but was the remainder of our stay. Kids loved it and had a great breakfast! Only down side was it could use more gluten free options for us with celiac disease however this is true almost everywhere.

Because I had gotten bed bug bites a year ago at this property, I checked my bed & it appeared to be clean/free of bed bugs. However, the next morning, I had several bed bug bites on my forearms, & then more appeared on my abdomen a few days later. I will never stay at this hotel EVER again!!

Pleasant surprise.

Quiet area, right of interstate, big, well lit parking lot. King room was huge with separate entertaining area. Room was immaculate, even down to the towel flower on bed. When you just need to layover and decompress this will do it. If you go to the family diner down the road, legend has it the Russian owner is still on the phone-like some omelet oligarch.

I've stayed in this hotel several times o er the last 20 years. The hotel staff were great and super friendly. But the pool area needed a lot of work. Other than swapping out the water for salt water, the pool area has bot been changed in any way. There a few tiles that needed repair too. That being said, I would still stay there again. The hotel was clean and the staff were great. The customer service outways the pool area lacking. If I had little kids I may feel different but I don't.
