Nice hotel. Pool area was freezing

Friendly, efficient staff with nice vibes. Clean, comfortable room with good use of space for storage, hanging clothes.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Super breakfast including: two different types of waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage or potatoes, muffins, assorted, fruit, bagels, French toast, yogurt, oatmeal, with toppings,Jell-O, coffee, tea and my granddaughter’s favorite whip topping! Amazing breakfast staff. Super friendly and does a great job at keeping everything warm and full.

What was supposed to be a weekend trip for my daughter’s 7th birthday left me with a horrible experience at this hotel. I had booked this trip a month in advance so of course I have no control of the weather. My kids and I took the train here and there ended up being a winter storm warning for Wisconsin so our train for the 15th ended up being cancelled. I ended up having to book a greyhound back die that same day but again it was cancelled due to the winter storm. Because of that then the greyhound only gave us an option of returning on the last bus on the 14th which I had to took because I couldn’t afford to be stock in the dells for an extra day 2 with all the other trains and buses being cancelled for the next 2 days. I tried to explain this to the hotel and asked if they could even give me some type of credit because he had to check out on the 14th instead of the 15th even though I paid for through the 15th. I would have loved to come back again once the weather was better so I was even willing to do some type of credit because I really wanted to bring my kids back. But they refused and I tried to go through Hotels.com and they agreed to refund for the extra day but said they needed the hotels approval and they tried to call several times and got to response. When I tried to talk to the manager he was very rude and talked to me so disrespectful in front on my 4 and 6 year old that they begged for us to just leave. $900 plus hundreds spent there down the drain

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, very nice, would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was very good and had a lot of options and rooms were very clean
