Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable beds. We only stayed for a night. Breakfast was delicious. I took off a star because we booked a room for 5 people but they didn’t leave extra towels, sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. It was after 11pm when we checked in and we were exhausted. We called down for the extra sheets and it took over 30 minutes and a second phone call before we finally got them. Also asked for a second blanket but didn’t get it. There was also only 3 towels in the bathroom. Overall a nice stay, just disappointed they didn’t prep the room for 5 when we booked it for 5.

Horrible stay.

The air conditioner in room 205 is so noisy that there is no way anybody could sleep through it. It's like having a truck parked in your room with the engine idling and every 15 minutes they sound the horn, so noisy is the heater when the thermostat switches it on. If you don't switch the heater on freezing cold air from the outside blows constantly through the vent into the room making it like a fridge. I was awoken at 10 am by hammering in the room above. Apparently the maintenance people couldn't wait until noon for guests to check out before they started hammering. I called down to reception and they phoned them and asked them to stop. They did, for one minute and then started again. I decided to get up an hour early and have a shower because of all the noise. On doing so I discovered that one of my "clean" towels was smeared with what appeared to be excrement. I spoke to the manager who offered me some Hilton Honors points. I declined.
