Overall, our stay was good. The room was clean & nice, but the lack of a fan in the bathroom in combination with the fact that the door automatically closed made for a very hot, muggy, & stinky (lol) bathroom. The staff were great, breakfast was not—we were wishing we’d just gone to the Denny’s across the street. Overall 3.5/5!

Hotel room and facilities were good overall. However, employee who checked me, seemed to be rushing and dismissive when I was trying to remember how I could find my code so I could claim the Bonvoy points. I found it only for her to tell me that I couldn’t claim them anyway because of the way I booked the room. I asked her another question about what to do about possibly shortening my stay due to a family emergency, and she was not helpful at all.

Very nice for the money, but you get a room "refresh" only every other day. Good breakfast - scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, cereals, juices, and "bold" coffee. Chose this over nearby Holiday Inn because of the free breakfast.
