The hotel and grounds were quite nice and it was nice to have restaurants nearby to choose from: Rosie’s Dinner, Texas Roadhouse, Black Bear Cafe, and McDonalds. We stayed 4 nights and the hotel staff were fantastic, especially the ladies working the breakfast buffet. The beds were a little harder than we liked but that was more of a personal preference issue rather than a critique of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

I liked this hotel a lot. Clean, nice rooms, helpful staff. When I checked in, the guy saw I looked tired from a long day of travel an he said, "I'm upgrading you to a Deluxe King for free." Really nice room!

The room itself was good, but there was no microwave, which was disappointing considering how much we paid. The staff was also not very respectful. We ordered a crib, but it was missing parts. When we went to the front desk to address the issue, there was a shift change happening around 10:30pm. Even though we were there first and waiting at the front desk, the staff helped other guests before us. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes overall. Overall, the place is not bad, but customer service definitely needs some improvement.
