Room was ok. But the refrigerator was not working. Hotel crew did absolutely nothing to help me as I struggled with my suitcase etc. I know it’s not really their job. But I was in distress. The restaurant was okay but overpriced. I was disappointed considering how much I paid for the room.

Making sure the coffee pot in the room works. There was no hot water on day 2 of our stay so it was a cold shower. Even though the coffee maker didn't work, there was not any coffee pods in the room. Cleaning staff didn't do a good job cleaning but at least they left us with towels to use.

Nice hotel, pricey valet with no option for public parking for cheaper nearby. It’s a great location if you are there for a baseball game, but otherwise it’s not near most restaurants and attractions you’d want to visit while in Denver. The staff was very nice and professional and the rooms were extremely clean
