System Malfunctions

Check in at the Hilton was a breeze and the staff was excellent and very professional the entire time I was there. The issue was with the system. For the entirety of the stay, I wasn’t issued a room key because the system was down and they were not able to assign one via my phone app either. They were eager to help, but were also understaffed so every single time I needed back in my room I had to stop by the front desk and have someone walk me up to allow me into the room. I had a dog with me so the amount of times needing back in was much higher than if I were alone. It’s hard to complain when I know the few staff members they had working had to walk up and down those halls for every single guest each and everytime they needed back in their rooms.

The pictures are always better on the web than in reality. It was a bit run down. The free shuttle from the airport never showed after my initial call for a pickup, subsequent calls over 45 minutes were never answered by the hotel. I was forced to Uber to the property. Upon asking why no shuttle or even answering the phone the front desk agent shrugged and said she was on break. There are MANY choices on tower drive that are better than this property for a similar price.

We visited Denver for my birthday weekend. I truly loved our stay. Staff is super helpful and kind. Breakfast was amazing (breakfast staff goes above and beyond) and everything was pretty closed by.
