The room I booked said it was a kitchenette. There was a microwave and a small refrigerator. The Hotel needs to be renovated. Out of date hotel. The staff was rude. When I got to hotel to check in they had overbooked and the room they put me in was a lower rate the hotel refused to compensate me for the difference. The staff was hard to get in contact with when you needed service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel rooms advertised on Expedia are not what is available when you get to property

Hotel O. Ah hell no!

It was a terrible experience. The room was dirty. The TV didn’t work. There was no deadbolt on the door and the bathroom window was held closed with a stick. I requested to be put in another room and the lady stomped off to get the manager. The manager was very confrontational. I thought it would be best just to leave and deal with the refund that was paid by my sister through hotels.com. it all happened so fast I didn’t have time to take any pictures.

They didn’t even deserve a one star how the hell this place is even open and advertising as a hotel blows my mind. I’ve never experienced such anxiety. Right off the bat the air conditioner in the wall was so full of dust and hadn’t been clean probably ever the floor was so sticky and dirty. I had to walk with my shoes on. You could see fingerprints all over the bathtub pubic hairs in the sheets. I try to be understanding and maybe cut them some slack if the prices were not as high as they were. If you’re reading this and trying to decide on if you should stay here, absolutely sleep in your car and delete this hotel search from your browser.

I booked days in advance. I arrived at 10:00 and no one was there. After rapping on the door for 15 minutes and multiple phone calls, a guy came out and said it did not Matt that I had a confirmed booking, he had no rooms available. Terrible

Avoid

Had to wait 30 minutes to get out room. Very hot and dirty. They gave me the wrong key and couldn’t find the staff so had to keep our room unlocked while we went for dinner.

This was the worst motel experience I’ve ever been to, I mean worse than West colfax. We were late for reservations due to 4th of July traffic and the hotel “manager” who looked like a crackhead was unable to check us in and her friends in the room tried fighting my boyfriend. It was terrible customer service and this motel robbed me for $100 and is unable to give me refund. Absolutely absurd and I will do whatever it takes to get this type of business shutdown!
