The neighborhood has been changing so dramatically that our photographs of the skyline are different every month (you'll see a range of views, from an empty expanse just a few years ago to a brand-new vibrant cityscape now).
Note: the HOA and the city of Denver prohibit short-term rentals, which is why we have the 29-night minimum.
Union Station now offers full rail service to the airport, so getting around without a car is easier than ever. Or you can travel by Amtrak east (Chicago and beyond) or West, to the mountains or on to Salt Lake City or California. There is a morning train to the ski resort of Winter Park (with a stop in Winter Park itself on ski weekends or in the nearby town of Fraser any day, with a free bus to Winter Park Resort).
In just a few years, scores of restaurants and bars have been added to the immediate neighborhood, along with two large full-service grocery stores (Whole Foods and King Sooper).
