I thought the hotel was bright and upbeat, catering to all ages. I am 68 but there were many families and their kids attending sports matches in the area. I had a queen bed which was fine. Temperature control was good. There was no closet but there was a simple clothes rod with hangers which which saved space. The free breakfast was very good with lots of options. The

Worst hilton hotel (out of the 50 ive been to)

I am a shift manager for housekeeping at a major resort in Southern Colorado and i was deeply disappointed Firstly by the check in process, where the gm said i couldn't use my chime card for Incidentals, i have used it at over 50 Hilton hotels across the u.s. the Hilton website says thay they will absolutely take a prepaid credit card for Incidentals. I had to download cashapp and transfer money to my kids debit card to get the room (i had already paid for the room through hotels.com and the g.m said id have to take it up with them for a refund) The room was dirty, the bed poorly made, shower had stains all over, and the electric curtains wouldnt gondown.

This is a nice property. The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect and we slept well. The free breakfast was fine. They had a variety of hot and cold items and overall it was ok. The staff were very pleasant and parking was simple. The hotel is conveniently located near IKEA and the Park Meadows Mall which worked well for us. We will likely stay here the next time we are in Denver.

Beautiful, clean, modern

It was my first time staying at a Tru hotel and I will definitely stay again. It was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. I’d describe it as a no frills, but very comfortable and modern vibe. There isn’t coffee in the rooms but always coffee in the lobby. The fitness center was immaculate. I didn’t use the pool or eat breakfast, but it all looked wonderful!

Had issues with housekeeping not properly servicing the room as promised. I ran out of soap in the shower Saturday evening, and reported to staff and the front desk. They did not have soap for me until Monday night. The room was supposed to be serviced on alternate days. For the first four days, my room was untouched, then serviced every day for the remainder of my stay. Additionally, the room was just big enough to hold a king size bed and little else. There was a cheap rolling desk and office chair in the room. The room lighting was inadequate, and appeared to be more for show than function. I most likely will not stay there again.
