Easy check-in & check-out, room was simple but clean and everything I needed for an overnight stay, multiple entrance points so parking close to the room was simple even though not near the front entrance, and breakfast was on par with what's expected at comparable hotels.

After along drive to see our college student the staff helped us with all of our needs. The room was clean and quiet. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Also, grateful for pet accommodations at a resonable 1 time stay fee.

The front desk clerk could not get a key made for my room, then brought me to my room tried to use the master key and that still didn’t work. Went back to the desk, and was able to get me in my room. However, I did not have a key, therefore could not leave the room due to not having a key. Was very inconvenient .

Was try to save money and decided to stay here on my work trip. Reception seemed she hated her job. Didn’t tell me anything about breakfast options just scanned my card and told me where my room was. It was a long walk to my room she didn’t tell me there was a closer exit I could have parked by. When I got to my room the door was cracked and I was confused and walked in, the maintenance guy said from behind me, “oh they got you in my room”. He said, “I have to do some caulking but that can just wait a few days”… Day 3 my room keys stopped working I walked passed her and she said nothing. I went back after my key didn’t work and she then told me the card system had reset and fixed my cards. The place wasn’t very well kept the drain in the shower was clogged and I was pretty grossed out after that…
