Cleanliness great! Toilet in room 319 was not very aggressive. And I've never seen a shower without a vinyl liner. Too much water splash onto the floor.

It was a very clean and beautiful room. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. I hope to stay there again. Beautiful hotel!

Nice place. Kids lived the pool. Good breakfast but eggs were kind of watery. Hesitantly paid the extra money( $200) thinking I was getting a bigger room to have grandkids visit for a birthday but the room was no bidder than the others , just had a partition between bedroom and living area. So was disappointed in that. Clean. Nice outdoor area

Very nice!

I had a great stay with my family of 6 on our vacation to adventureland and the service was great! I hate that I can’t remember the lady at the front desks name, but she was absolutely amazing and very nice! She helped us book another room and kept the process very simple. I will be staying here again! 🙂

The staff were great, the room was very nice. I had my 2 teenagers with me we enjoyed the pool and the ease of connecting accounts to the TV to enjoy the shows they wanted at the end of the day. Breakfast was delicious.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the toilet paper, paper towels, etc. I am sure were eco-friendly, but they almost felt cheap as soon as you touched them, they were falling apart. Other than that it was a great stay. There were different breakfast options daily, the staff were friendly, not much to complain about at all.
