Never again.
Room was fine. I dislike the shower setup with no door. Water spilled everywhere.
The check in was an absolute atrocity. It took over an hour to check in and this was AFTER I completed the quick check in process. What is the point of that if it doesn't help? The two employees checking people in were courteous, but as far as appearance I couldn't believe how unprofessional they appeared. One was wearing a beanie hat and Mario Brothers sweatshirt. Really?? That's how you want customers to see your staff?
Ramada has been a bust 2 times now in two different locations. Love the concept of the indoor waterpark, but way to packed and overall we will not be coming back unless customer service improves drastically.
We ordered a pizza at 5:30 from their restaurant and we didn't receive it until 7:15! The incompetence and lack of leadership was jarring. The entire place needs a huge overhaul. We also didn't have towels to use from the waterpark and I didn't even bother to ask the front desk because I knew they wouldn't be able to assist us. Pool was supposed to open at 9am, we could see lifeguards and other staff scrambling, but it did not open until 9:10. How is this not ready everyday? This could not have been the first time for these employees opening up?
Overall again, we are done with Ramada as a whole.
