My husband and I have stayed at this property multiple times and have always enjoyed our stay. This time stayed on the cottage side instead of the hotel I love the cabin feel and all the decorations and different rooms within the cottages to hang out in including our room that we picked. Our first night was quiet for the most part, second night heard very loud noise, children running down the hall,opening and closing doors, child crying in the middle of the night. We heard one of the other guests say something to them about the noise. I would suggest to the hotel to put and attendant in the building at the desk area. There were a few minor maintenance things in our room wall paper peeling above the shower, wiggly faucet on the Jacuzzi tub very minor would be a quick fix for that Need improvement on cleaning. Upon check in toilet was dirty from previous guest, and the fridge had a very foul smell had not been wiped down inside, also needed to be defrosted. Luckily I had some cleaning supplies with me so I was able to remedy the problem pretty quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return again.

10/10 would recommend. It’s a lovely couples retreat if you get the suite. Whirlpool was cool. Was in the suite, so that’s sweet! It’s a must to take a picture with the moose on the loose. Loved and enjoyed our stay. Will be back!
