Concierge was amazing with help for every need! Check in was excellent! So convenient to be right there for early flights!

Very nice stay

Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Was not aware of amenities. No coffee or tea in the room. Location to airport was good and easy.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at NH Collection München Bavaria. The hotel location was excellent, just steps from the main train station and only a few minutes’ walk from the main plazas and attractions. The staff were always kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food with many options to choose from each morning. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich.

Breakfast was good and hearty, plenty of options. The cleaning staff was good. The room thermostat did not work well and as a result it was too warm until I switched rooms. The parking garage pass I was given never worked and I repeatedly had to get a replacement after not being able to get out of the garage.

Breakfast and dinner were excelletn good coffee good breads and good variety of food. All was fresh and well teded too
