For location, the hotel was in a great place to access everything in Munich and beyond. The room was exceptional and the bed was extremely cosy.

Property was convenient to all my tours which were only a few blocks away and to Old Town Munich and restaurants. Room and bathroom are neat but new towels are not provided every day due to environmental regulations it appears. This should be communicated to English speakers. Rain shower is nice but water gets everywhere due to single door/glass. Also, seems to be an issue with wake up calls. Would stay there again due to location

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station and because the NH brand is always a guarantee, and this visit to Munich was no exception. The staff, from reception to the restaurant, were always very friendly and helpful, especially now that the train station is undergoing renovations. The room was very comfortable and had modern decor and modern amenities. The breakfast buffet was one of the most enjoyable parts of the stay; it's a good option to try Bavarian dishes, in addition to the traditional items one expects at an NH hotel.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to the city center and right by the main train station. I was a little disappointed that our room was cleaned only once during our 3 nights stay.

This is the second time we have stayed with this hotel. Even though our room faced the train station, it was very quiet. Directions—with your back to the tracks, go out side exit to the street and cross. Hotel is to your right. It is convenient to a laundromat. Turn left out of the hotel and left at the corner. It is maybe one block straight ahead. You can do your own laundry or leave your clothes in the morning and pickup later in the day. The Lufthansa airport bus is two minutes down the street (right out of the hotel.

Hôtel is very clean lovely staff, location is amazing right across from the main station. This comes with its drawbacks as train stations attracts a certain type hanging around the area. Not the hotel’s fault but will use this hotel again.
