The location near the train station was great for getting around the city. It was very quiet at night. The area was safe. Many walkable restaurants. Breakfast was comprehensive with a good selection. The dining room staff was attentive, spoke English, and met all our needs. The rooms were adequately supplied. Everything was clean and functional. Bottled water supplied daily. Nice toiletries. The price was a good value. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. The mattress was firm, but had a non-absorbent protective covering(probaby plastic or vinyl for hygienic reasons)that was very hot to sleep on. It would help reduce the heat if the hotel provided a flat sheet along with the comforter.

The air conditioner was locked on heat mode and couldn’t be taken off. The room would get extremely hot in the middle of the night so we had to sleep with the window open all night. Parking was a nightmare! We had to use the garage next door and the attendant was rarely available so we were forced to pay almost three times the amount we were told.
