Well, unfortunately, it seems to me that there's an unfair advantage among Filipinos because their customer service is absolutely top notch. Yes, I could say that the hotel was immaculate in every way, fully modern and lacking absolutely nothing. But a building is just a building without the fantastic employees who treat you like royalty. Honestly, sometimes I was even embarrassed because I didn't feel worthy of such an exceedingly high level of customer service. It truly is the people! Now I'm on my way home and chilling in Taiwan waiting for my flight home to Los Angeles. Sadly, the people here just don't compare. And before you think I'm a Filipino hooking up his own folks. I'm Mexican and I love the culture in the Philippines. I guess we're sort of cousins thanks to our Spanish bloodline.
