Germany ski resorts

Stopover before an overseas flight departure in the morning. Room conveniently equipped, enough space for a relaxing sleep. Check in was uncomplicated and staff friendly. Check out without complains.

Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Atrium is amazing. Location right on the Rhine, near the old city and walking zone. Room was very clean. Some items are dated. Fitness center is small and basic but enough to get a workout done. Nice little pool, sauna and steam room. The Belvedere restaurant is very nice with wonderful views of the Rhine and the church. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Breakfast was great staff were amazing.

I had an amazing 2-day stay here, and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hamburg. I appreciated the quality amenities, including the shampoo, shower gel, etc. which were Le Labo. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Also, the gym and finnish sauna was another huge bonus. Will definitely book my stay here again if I come back to Hamburg.

We had a perfect stay. Everyone was friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast had a great selection. Well located to central Hamburg, would recommend.

Breakfast was okay, not the range of choice as other German hotels I have stayed. Hotel charged to hold my bag for a few hours after checking out. Never been charged for this before as a guest.
