Stayed a week. Definitely mixed experience. Positives: very good location; pretty quiet in room; comfy bed. Negatives: the shower has ever-changing water temp, impossible to regulate. Every time, regardless of time of day; maid service left a bit to be desired. I only requested it twice and they didnt change the sheets, vacuum or restock paper products, etc.; the revolving door out to the plaza was broken for 3 days, meaning you could go through the connect Burger King if they were open or go out the doors on the other side which is a significant pain with luggage and/or in the rain.

Wonderful hotel

Food and restaurant staff were good. The woman with the blue hair at the front desk was nasty and unhelpful. The room was nice and beautiful view with a great location

No AC in the rooms, though there was a thermostat connected to a radiator under the window. The shower and toilet both had ~1 to 1/2" gaps in the doors, leading to water leaking out into the room if you're not careful while showering.But the room was clean and quiet (with the window closed), the beds comfortable and the staff pleasant.

Excellent hotel near public transport. Large clean room. Beautiful view of Berlin. Great to have a coffee machine in the room. Excellent breakfast - especially loved the gadgets including the pancake maker and butter dispenser!! Lovely bar area too.

The line up for check in and the elevators was too long. The rooms were weird such that the washroom you could see through the walls into the bedroom. I was staying with my mom and that was weird when she could see me shower.

El hotel en general está bien ,cambiamos de avitacion porque hicimos dos diferentes reservaciones y las dos estaban en muy buenas condiciones,todo queda serca que no hay necesidad de coger tren si no te molesta caminar

Not pleased at all. Got there and had a room with a view with a queen or king size bed. Then they decided to put 2 single beds together in the room. I complained and then they put a topper on it still with 2 single duvets on it. Afyer the first night I came back at roughly 3am to find dog poop in the lift.
