They stopped me from playing the piano in the lobby. TVs are basically useless unless you're German, the place smells like cigarettes and dust. The bathroom smelled like dirty drain. There was essentially a fly infestation in the lobby. A 250ml bottle of water was €3.50

Convenient location and good breakfast.

Overall it was OK. The room was comfortable but didn’t have a minifridge. The bathroom had questionable privacy because there is a large window with pebbled glass, but no window covering. One day we came back to our room and someone else's luggage was in the room. That was a little alarming, but everything was fine (nothing taken from our room). We took the luggage down to the front desk. The concierge was helpful with suggestions on what to see and how to get there. The morning breakfast buffet was very good.

Great location with 2-5 min walk from the central station. The inside was decorated beautifully. Staffs were polite and professional. The room I stayed was very comfortable, clean, and decorated beautifully. The breakfast was great as well.

First time here. Right across from the Train Station making it very easy to get too. The staff was amazingly polite and friendly. Loved the room, the mattress and pillows made me have the best nights sleep and when we went out for dinner, most of the area around there is walkable and some good dinner selections. Coming back here.
