Couldn't fault the Biarritz. The location is easily accessible by public transport, the views across the St Brelades Bay are unbelievably fabulous. Staff were helpful, friendly and cheerful. Room had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Jersey. Next time we go, I won't bother searching for hotels, I'll book the Biarritz.

The staff were brilliant, always cheerful, friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were never too busy for a relaxing time in the pool and saunas.

In one word ‘The Staff’ In all they were both courteous and friendly, service was second to none. Breakfast to die for. Facilities included a Gym and Swimming pool for the brave hearted. Music in the Restaurant, plus special Menu’s. The Room we had lacked space but this was the only one available at the time of booking. Five 🌟 highly recommended.

Great for young families with a heated outdoor pool and one for toddlers.

Excellent hotel. Great rooms and an even better breakfast. Right in the heart of St Helier, you couldn't ask for a better location.

The best hotel we have stayed in for a long time for a number of reasons. Fabulous location with great views. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Service was personal but not intrusive. Breakfast was amazing!
