The staff were all very polite and the food was excellent. Breakfast super every day and had a dinner one evening, which again was excellent. We also spoke to several local people whilst out and about and they too spoke highly of the hotel. Would certainly stay again.

We had stayed in Jersey previously and were severely let down by the standard of accommodation so we decided to choose something more luxurious and the Grand Jersey Hotel did not disappoint. We were made welcome the instant we stepped through the door and that continued throughout our week stay, we should have booked longer! The staff were first class, attentive throughout the hotel and we couldn't fault the superb service. The price of food and drinks were what we expected for a 5 star hotel and compared favourably to other venues we tried. We'd certainly stay at this excellent hotel again.

Love this hotel but can get noisy at the eeekend when sitting outside Also swimming pool is a bit cold

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. All food was great, breakfast set us up for the day! Good Location just outside St Helier centre and a fabulous tidal pool to swim in the sea just opposite the hotel. Outdoor pool at the hotel is heated to a good temperature.

This hotel was simply ama big! The customer service was outstanding. They did everything they could to ensure we had a wonderful experience.
