I had a lovely stay and can't fault it the staff were. Ery good and the cleanliness fantastic great value for money and the kids loved the pool food excellent can't wait for my next trip and will use the same hotel

The room was ok, asked for a lower floor room, was told there is a lift, used the lift but there are still stairs as floors are uneven. The beds were made each day but not with fresh linen and floor was never hoovered. And parking is a joke.

Newly refurbished rooms, staff lovely, pleasant, comfortable stay, apart from the double glazed window in room, which was gapping and didn't keep out the noise from the extractor fans. Needs fixed. Made staff aware of this and they offered to change rooms, but, we were happy to stay put. Rooms held the heat so wasn't too much of a problem. Window still needs sorted though. Room 91. Cobweb dust on every corner of ceiling, so, although room adequate, needs properly cleaned. Enjoyed our stay though and would return. Good location.

Lovely hotel with a warm welcome. The room was clean and comfortable with a sparkling bathroom and everything just as you would want it. Varied and plentiful breakfast. We also used the restaurant for an evening meal and the food we ordered was delicious, an excellent live saxophonist playing as we ate. Will definitely return.

The room was wonderful. The food was good and the staff were always helpful, friendly and polite. The bathroom in our room was a little old fashioned and the shower had to be hand held. However, this was not really a problem. Everything else was so good, that honestly, a tiny problem like that was nothing really. Would come again to this lovely hotel.

Only negative was cold water in rooms was not cold. It was a bit far from the bus station but very near a beach and sea lido. The swimming pool was warm and so was the room it was in. It was open long hours so was convenient and not too busy.
