Compare Cheap Hotels in Minnesota

The place was great for kids and families as you visiting mall of America. No hot tub onsite and activities for the kids are sparse compared to their other great wolf lodge properties. Will I stay again….stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and couldn’t get room service those nights. Only trash removal and towel removal only after finding out u must request the night before and for it STILL NOT TO BE DONE… No clean sheets, no bed making, anything that was needed was dropped at door without even a knock….. Not a great first time at this property!!! Front desk apologized and gave us breakfast buffet coupons for both rooms…..mehhhhhhhhhh…

Very polite staff

This was a mix of good and bad. I frequently visit quarterly and this is the first time I stayed at this hotel. Staff were friendly. They had no free coffee available at any time which I found odd since not sure if I have found a hotel that didn't offer this. I did park in the adjacent ramp for 2 days but then went out to movie one night and then returned and the lot was completely full so I had to park my car about 3 blocks away. The room was okay but dated. At about 3am each morning I woke up to the smell of bacon and other days fried onions. The bed itself was comfortable but pillows were very small and not. I never received a receipt for my stay and had to call numerous numbers to get a receipt since the automated service when you pressed for assistance with previous stay it routed you to a new reservations system only. I had to call hotels.com to get the hotel phone number. It is very close to where I work at Mayo Clinic but I will unlikely return.

We stayed to be close to the airport before leaving on a week long vacation. Were able to pay to leave our car in the parking lot at the hotel for the week and rode a shuttle to the airport. This was the way to go! Walked to the mall the night before our flight.

Excellent hotel. Location was primo! So convenient to shop and walk back to your room! Wonderful, unique experience at the Mall of American and the hotel.
