I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. I stayed for 4 nights and was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, both upon check-in and throughout the hotel. While I noted that daily cleaning service was not provided, I was pleased to find that upon calling for extra towels, they were promptly delivered to my room. The room itself was comfortable and the hotel's location proved to be convenient for my stay. Overall, my experience at your hotel was a positive one, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others looking for accommodation in the area.

Great location. Clean and friendly staff

I enjoyed staying at this hotel and this is my hotel of choice when I visit Minneapolis. The restaurant staff is great and the food is amazing.

Very comfortable and clean!

We booked 3 king rooms for 5 people. We were able to be on the same floor and close to each other. Rooms, bed pillows were great. Will stay here again!

Front desk staff was very friendly. Area was walkable. Paid self parking next to building. Would stay again.
