Quebec winery accommodation

Overall, absolutely in love with Quebec City. The staff here were exceptional! Hotel was very well located to explore on foot. There was some construction across the street, so some minor confusion as to parking, but valet parking was right next door. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! only issue was choosing which restaurants to visit, as there are so many within short walking distance.

I walked in the hotel at 1pm knowing that check in was at 4pm. I just wanted to leave my bag at reception while I go shopping. She checked my reservation to confirm it and instead of taking my bag she upgraded my room, checked me in right away and told me the room was available now. Wow, what a great service. I forgot the name of the lady at the front desk but she was so friendly and funny. It's not the first time I choose this hotel and everytime I have a great experience. Location, service, personal experience. I love it

I stayed at Hotel Chrome in Montreal during my visit for a conference. For the price, it is a good hotel. It is near plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. I didn't spend time in the hotel other than to sleep so it did its job well.

The front desk staff were all wonderful. The parking situation however was terrible. I have a midside SUV and we had to park in a garage a few blocks away, then had to walk on icy city sidewalks and got lost trying to get back to it. They should have valet parking for those who can't use the attached garage.
