San Diego County ski resorts

The staff was amazing, even helped me get a list item from my Uber driver. An unexpected homeless camp showed up outside of the entry and the staff took care of the situation with speed, safety for guests as well as respect for the campers. I'm looking forward to stay again.

Staff was very nice. Gave me a little welcome bag of bottles of water and snack. Room was very clean, smelled clean, restroom very clean. Tons of pillows. The window opened. Clean cold refrigerator. I will definitely stay here again.

When I arrived at check in I was told that the hotel was having some minor electrical issues and could cancel my reservation without penalty. The issues seemed minor so I had no problem keeping my reservation and was surprised find out my room had been upgraded. I had a wonderful stay and did not encounter a single issue. I would definitely stay here again and I appreciated the honesty from the hotel about the potential for issues to make sure I was making an informed decision.

Very responsive when requesting additional towels and toiletries.
