Historical building with out of date HVAC system

Hotel lobby was cold. No coffee on first floor had to go up to floor 2. HVAC system in room 717 was too loud and temperature settings were not properly adjusted to actual room temperature. Had maintenance person Victor quickly address issue helping reduce noise but not correct thermostat control system at least 10+ degrees off

A very nice, modern, clean, small but yet cozy room for 2. The bathroom lights were also great (girlies appreciate good lighting when doing their makeup). Front desk was also very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

Loved the purified water machine on my floor. Hallways were a bit dark and rapey. Furniture could be more comfortable overall. Great location for food choices and starbucks pickup store on same block.
