This property was the worse I have ever been at. I paid 3x the normal price for that room, so I was expecting something decent. How could this be the same price as other hotels I usually frequent? The floors were not clean, the bathroom was so old, the door and frame were so old… It’s evident this inn has many people living there that are really struggling. This was more like low income housing than a hotel/ inn. Honestly, I feel like I should get full refund for this stay. Expedia is disappointing me with options these days . Last year it was rental cars, this year, lodging. What’s happening? I feel totally taken advantage of. I paid almost 3x the price of the going rate my husband found on line the next day. This is gouging in my opinion.

My mom and i stayed here one night on our trip along the coast. Initially we would have rated it a 1, but luckily we were accomodated and our new rating is a 4. very good looking, lobby is modern and clean with the gentleman at the desk being polite and friendly. There is also secured parking lot. Upon entering, the property appears a bit run down. We had room 425 and it was a horror movie to walk in to. Nothing like the pictures on-line. It smelled immediately, there were food crumbs all over the floor and bed, hair litetally everywhere from the beds to the bathroom. The lamp and other accessories were broken. Charging outlets and phone were all broken. There was a large gap in the door, not allowing it to close fully. There was even weed left over in one of the drawers. We immediately and politely asked to move rooms and were accomodated without hesitation. Our new room, 409, was much much better, reflecting online pictures. Clean, safe and had the basic ammenities we needed. It is close to the highway so there is noise, but it was drowned out by our working A/C unit and we slept just fine.

Terrible hotel!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Upon arrival they had double booked the room and tried to give us 1 bed when my reservation clearly says it’s for 3 people. After 20 minutes they manage to find a room with 2 beds. When we walked into the room the nightstand between the beds looked like an animal had chewed the edges, the mattresses were broken down, there was a weird metal patio chair in the corner of the room and the walls looked like a 5 year old had patched and painted them and there were hairs on the one of the pillows! The photos on the website are very deceiving! Would sleep in my car before I ever stayed there!

Somewhat acceptable

I stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean and well maintained. The building itself is run down and dirty stucco walls. I had one towel so I called the front desk. I received a hand towel…unacceptable. Next day I requested 2 coffee kcups and received 1. It was pretty frustrating as a senior having to contact the front desk for minor everyday items that SHOULD already be in the room.
