Property is run-down. The room smelled bad when we walked in. The beds sunk way down when we sat on them and they were loud and creaked. Property has homeless people around. You can hear every noise outside. When people walked by outside, you can hear them speaking clearly from inside the room. There was a bug. The shower did not look clean, but my husband and I came from the beach so we had to shower there as soon as we checked in. We did not sleep there. We left for dinner, then checked into another hotel. There was no way we were staying the night there. It smelled and seemed gross and not safe. The staff were friendly. We only interacted with 2 staff members upon check-in. They were both nice that’s the reason I gave this review 4 stars for “staff & service”, but 1 star overall.

Worst Stay of my life.

This isn’t even a 1 star. The lobby does not look like that picture. The rooms are terrible. The bed had to sunk holes in it. It so old and falling apart. People live in the rooms. If it was so late we would have left to go somewhere else. If you expect holiday inn quality forget it.

Pay more at check in. Front desk say it is the service fee. Trash all around the property and out side of the rooms. I ask for lower floor and she give me the 4th. Floor and I have a broken leg and I can not walk a lot. Bad service

Hotel room was absolutely disgusting. Walked in and immediately smelled like cigarettes. There was a dirty bandaid and used bar of soap in the bathroom. Part of the floor was messed up as well as some rust like stain on it. Wet spot on the side of the bed as well.
