Nice, friendly staff, transportation

The wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock the only down side it the Padres were playing all weekend which made parking and getting around mor difficult other that it was perfect my enjoyed her birthday weekend

Loved the location. Restuarants while very good had limited food and drink options. Expanding the menues would be great. Staff everywhere were outstanding.

Nice property and rooms with lots around it.

Great but there is a Resort fee and a parking fee which totals $89 not clearly mentioned and they should show you on paper when you get there so it’s clear

It was a fantastic experience. I had mentioned it was my wifes birthday not expecting much other than an acknowledgement but Erin Berg Guest Experience Mangager and welcome desk staff surprised us with a delivery of balloons and few gifts to our room for my wife which really made our stay even more amazing. The staffs attention to there Guest needs exceeded my expectations. Even with all the other events going on at the time made the accommodations personal. Thank you so much Again Erin and team you guys rock.
