Very convenient

It was a very pleasant stay. the checking in and check out process was swift and painless. The only issue I had was with my parcel that I had left at concierge. I requested for the 2 concierge staff to help me tie it up in order to make it easier to check in at airport. When I returned at night to go to airport, the parcel was very poorly tied up with tiny pieces of cotton strings attached together. It was too late to remedy the situation. My past experience with them had always been pleasant, this time round was a surprise,

Short overnight stay for a connecting flight. Quick check in and express check out. The short buggy ride to the departure terminal was a bonus.

Very handy hotel for stopover in KLIA2

I’ve stayed several times at this hotel for work and leisure. It’s well-maintained, clean, conveniently located (near shopping mall, next to train station, lots of dining options in this area). Service at the hotel is very good. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended

This hotel is close to the airport if you are just staying the night in KL, has a nice large swimming pool and they even stored our bags at no cost for 3-4 days while we traveled to Sabah region of Borneo. Decent breakfast, although buffet style dinner and set charge for meal.
