Vietnam winery accommodation

All the staff were brilliant, and made me feel very at home. They helped me with my bags and helped me plan my ongoing trip. I want to thank the following staff for being 10/10... May Happy Phoebe I recommend highly for a good night's sleep and luxury.

An absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish! Everything about this hotel was top-notch — from the beautifully appointed rooms and excellent amenities to the fabulous breakfast and exceptional service. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We had to check out at 3AM as we had a very early flight to catch and they were very thoughtful and packed us a really nice breakfast. A special mention to Rose and Chris, who were absolutely fantastic! The onsen was a truly unique and delightful experience, adding something extra special to our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Hanoi. This hotel has certainly set the bar very high, and there is no question about where we'll be staying on our next visit. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else! Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean and very well designed the staff were absolutely lovely so polite and helpful. There was a great selection at the buffet breakfast as well as extra items you could order from the menu . Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in Hanoi close to so many things in the old quarter close to the lake and the French quarter and if you want to visit the modern part of the city it’s a short extremely affordable taxi ride. There is so much to see and do you will be well entertained day and night

Lovely spot. Breakfast was a great addition. Good location.

The staffwere good the room was great. The only 2 issues we had were at breakfast it as abit disjointed with staff not clearing empty tables and replacing cutlery for the next person. And upon arrival we got dropped off at a local taxi area next door nude to no taxis at lobby door and no staff to post the way.

Clean, good service and location
