I want to start by saying that the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms was extremely disappointing. My stay began in room 227, where I immediately noticed mold on the ceiling and something growing inside the freezer. I reported this to the front desk and was moved to room 128, which included a jacuzzi and initially appeared to be in better condition.
However, during my stay in the new room, I began experiencing breathing problems. Since I have asthma, I initially assumed it was due to being in a different state and needing time to adjust. The following night, I tried to turn on the water in the sink located in the hallway of the room, but no water came out. When I opened the cabinet below the sink, I discovered it was full of mold—clearly the likely cause of my respiratory issues.
In addition to the mold issues, I woke up with multiple bug bites, which added to my discomfort and concern about the room's cleanliness. Furthermore, while I was given a room with a jacuzzi, the cold water did not work. The nozzle would turn, but no cold water came out, leaving only hot water available and making it impossible to use the jacuzzi comfortably.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. The only positive aspect was the kind and helpful staff. Unfortunately, due to the poor condition of the rooms, mold, bug bites, and maintenance issues, I would not stay at this hotel again if I return to the area.
