Perfectly suitable

This is a perfectly fine hotel - I was in town for 3 nights and had no issues, except there was a bit of noise on Friday evening (people playing loud music in the parking lot) but it didn't last that long. The room allows you to be pretty self-sufficient, there is a coffee machine, fridge and microwave, and an iron. I didn't try the breakfast or the pool, but they looked fine! If you had to be in Livonia this is a fine choice.

There was ants in my room comi bg out the walls where i lay my head all by the air conditioner i killed one thinking ok one no biggie then boom another one and another one. Not to happy and i will not be back

Great place to stay

The gentleman at the front desk is always so helpful and courteous. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best I've experienced. The hotel is maintaining the property in that both elevators are up and running, and upgrades to the electrical is happening on the second floor.

I compared other hotels, read the reviews on Expedia & Google, rented a hotel room for me and the kids to have a mini vacay for Valentine’s Day, only to find a bedbug chilling on the bathroom wall. I was offered another room, but why would I want to stay in that hotel knowing that there are bugs out in the open in the rooms. I had to spray down and wash every item of clothing, bag, purse, blankets, etc. that we brought to the room. That was a complete waste of my time, money and energy. Find a cleaner hotel to spend the night in.

Easy check in. Room and facility clean. Pool was being repaired, but I was notified of this prior to trip and they offered a free cancellation which I thought was transparent and classy.

The mini fridge didn’t work. Was placed in a handicapped room even after selecting the other option which resulted in the shower head coming up to my chin. It was detachable so I sort of made it work. But, there was no hot water. Told the front desk and after they said they sent a tech up while I was at dinner and it was “fixed”. Next shower I took in the morning was still cold and the rest of the week it would only get up to barely warm, so was not fixed! The walls are paper thin, so I got to hear on one side of the room a traveling therapists entire session while speaking at a reasonable level. On the other side of the room I got to listen to a group of guys screaming and blaring music. Which I can assume is where the weed smell came from. Avoid this hotel at all costs
