You get put into a room with a view to the wall of the pool roof for 8 days, and regardless of how empty the place gets or how often you ask, there is no change or even empathy

Amenities are great. The king suite has everything you need for a home away from home. Breakfast has many different things to choose from hot & cold. Coffee/tea station available 24/7. Room is clean and common areas are clean. The road out of the hotel is awful with huge potholes but central to highways and conveniently located.

Lack of communication with amenities. I was told that the pool would be available at 7p and then was told it was closed. I was not able to get in my rooms until 3:30p and 4p. General manager not available when needed.
