Room was comfortable and clean. I had booked this hotel particularly because of the shuttle service to the airport. The front staff was not helpful and informed me that there was no shuttle service available before 5 am. I had confirmed with the staff at the time of my checking in. The staff was very dismissive, non apologetic and had zero customer service. The manager needs to make sure that the staff is dressed appropriately and knows how to provide service. Truly unacceptable!

Arrived close to midnight. Entrance clean and inviting. Quiet inside. Room on top (6th) floor, end of hall, no noise. Room excellent: very clean and modern. One small problem (which I will report to management) is water slow to drain in shower. In morning the toilet tank did not refill for about 5 minutes. So there is some plumbing issue that needs to be addressed.

We needed a place to stay close to the airport for an early morning flight. Room was clean, kids played in the pool, beds were comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was great.

I would give the room 5 stars but, and I know it’s petty, the bathroom sink did not drain, two people could not use the toilet and flush because the tank had to fill, the handle on the toilet had to be held down to flush, the shower doors would not stay closed, they kept rolling open. Would I stay again? ABSOLUTELY!!!

I called the hotel directly and asked if we park on-site and if parking was free. I was told the parking was free for my 8 day stay away and I was assured it was. When I arrived not only did we not park on-site but the hotel charged me $100 and the parking place charged me another $28. I call it a scam. We parked the car and a shuttle picked us up but didn’t take us to the hotel they dropped us off at the back of the pay booth. It was a break room for Quik Park staff! Then a woman came and got us when a shuttle from our hotel arrived!! They were hiding us. I didn’t feel safe and it was weird.
