Everything no towels in the room. The whole bathroom was dirty. Shower curtain filthy.. burned holes everywhere. Microwave dirty. 2 refrigerators neither of them worked. Sheets bed soooo filthy. Dog hair everywhere no remote. It was very terrible and I was sooooo tired. No water no ice wasted my money

Theres no heat im having to stay wrapped in my coat the room is in extreamly poor condition holes in the wall bathroom door is conpletely shatered and coming apart fridge is nasty. I had to go to desk to ask for a towel however its to cold in here to attempt to shower and no toilet paper. If theyd refund my money id definitely go somewhere else. At this point it might be warmer to sleep in my car
