Rooms were visibly dirty, when asked for a new blanket because it had a nasty material on it we were given an attitude and told they don’t do that at the desk. Breakfast hours were incorrect so we missed breakfast

Honestly, the room service was terrible! They cleaned the room but didn’t even bother to leave clean towels in the bathroom. The hand soap and body wash were empty, and they never refilled them. When my husband called to ask for towels, they told us we had to go down to the reception to get them ourselves. So disappointing!

I stayed at true by Hilton at another location and it was very very clean and I loved it but this location wasn’t as nice. It was just OK. The housekeepers were always on my floor around the door a lot of the time so it was a little noisy and a lot of talking and moving around
