The staff at the Radisson were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive. They communicated quickly and efficiently, which really helped ease my travel anxiety. My only suggestion would be for the team to provide a quick orientation when guests are settling in—how and where the room controls work, for example. The controls in my room weren’t very intuitive (they looked like an alarm clock, and the button labels were faded), so I had to call down for help. Once I got the hang of it, everything was fine. The hotel itself is beautiful, though a bit dated. I stayed in the second building, which felt quieter and less lively than the first, but since I was only there for one night, it didn’t bother me. Overall, it’s a grand property with a lot of charm, and I’d consider staying again.

My stay, from the convenient and disturbing part was terrible, it was uncomfortable. The first day they did an alarm test early hours in the morning, second day same thing took place in the early hours of the morning. I have attached pictures of both alarm test for both days. Yet, this should be mentioned ahead for the customer before making the reservation for personal preferences. If I knew that I will have to wake both days early morning hours over an alarm test, I would've chosen another hotel to stay in.
