Second time we have stayed here, first time was good but not so much this time. Room looked tired and in need of a revamp. The room was clean but little things light dust on the back of the doors and fittings look well used. Breakfast was disappointing, the young man who was on

Helpful and friendly staff, decent cocktails in the ground floor bar

Clean modern room with great facilities. Comfortable bed. Excellent location for accessing Leeds city centre. Breakfast provided and service was slightly slow but as expected due to busy hour for buffet breakfast. Food was enjoyable with a choice of full english, cereals, pastries alongside fresh juices and hot drinks. Would highly recommend for long or short visits to Leeds.

Good breakfast, although very busy on Sunday morning. Coukd do with more staff. Safe parking, overall a very nice hotel
