Lovely

Great hotel, I’ve stayed many times and it’s the first time under this brand. Previously dogs could stay for free, but now it £15 per night, though the room doesn’t get serviced whilst you stay.. so this seems a bit steep. Food is overpriced in the restaurant, but the drinks are ok. Staff are very pleasant and the refurb is going well. Will be back

The parking was really easy and staff were friendly at check in. The room was clean, spacious and the bathroom was lovely too.

Awful- Given a key to the wrong room. No hot water The plugs in the sink and bath leaked so we could not even boil the kettle to have a warm wash Room really dated- pillows like wafers. Had to ask for an extra towel - only one in the room.

Nice central location. Clean room, easy access

Room very old fashioned and had seen better days. Could do with refurbishing.
