I love the property for its history. There has to be a way to revive the rooms without losing the aesthetic. Figure out partnership/funding to come from a donor like the Getty Museum in a collaborative project regarding “preserving Los Angeles Historic architecture/culture by breathing life back into Biltmore Hotel’s carpets/curtains/wallpaper”

Overall it was a wonderful room and hotel. Thwy have several perks and live music on some nights! The room set up was interesting but cool. Not sure if all the rooms are set up like this but the wall between the shower and the bed was clear.So if you're just going with friends that might be a bit awkward because they can definitely see you shower. But the shower was big, no tub.The bathroom was nice. Also, the bed sits really low to the floor and has a base that you kind of have to step up on to get into the bed. Once again, not sure if all the rooms are like that but that may present problems for mobility issues. Just call and ask. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Oh they also gave you 2 free waters every day and 10% off food in the hotel which was nice!
