Cooked breakfast is too repetitive, Chicken sausages not for everyone, should be a choice. Hash browns, fried tomatoes, baked beans, black and white puddings would be good, never available. Potatoes as an option too many mornings. Good scrambled egg and continental breakfasts included, great choice of coffee.

Accidentally booked a hotel for same night on Expedia, immediately called the hotel because i could not refund it through the app. They verbally told me on the phone they could do a refund and to contact Expedia support, to which I did and that they would leave a note for when Expedia called. After days of Expedia support telling me they’ve been working with the hotel, they notified me the refund was denied despite staff telling me it could be done. Although it was my mistake for booking it same day when I didn’t mean to, staff telling me it could be refunded just to reject the refund when working with Expedia is unacceptable.

This hotel offers affordable accommodations with modern styles. The rooms while not large are practical and clean , the common areas are comfortable and inviting. The bar area was nice ( could use a TV) , with great service. The hotel is downtown and not far from the areas of things to do but there is a lot of homelessness.
