This was a great stay! The rooms are quite small, but they are perfectly appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, it really felt like home to come through the door every day. The food is great. The bar is very nice and there are many very thoughtful shared spaces that provide places to work, places to socialize, and places to relax, so that it doesn’t matter that the room itself is quite small. Highly recommend!

TV didn't work properly and staff offered a few ways to fix it. Nothing worked, and when they told me to call them at the front desk to let them know if something they tried fixed it, it went to being on hold for over a minute. I went back downstairs and the phone had been off the hook, so it never even rang for them. Eventually they moved me into a different room but it was on a lower floor so the view was just of someone's apartment. Very small rooms but otherwise everything was nice. I'd stay again if the location/price worked out, but I'm not so sure about it being a good room for a long term stay. It's also hard to get in/out of the bed as the "inner" person.

This was hands down the most relaxing ans fun stay i have had in a hotel. It is remarkably distinct and caters heavily to creatives. I enjoyed the staff save for one lobby employee in the lobby working the night shift. While i can say he was corrwct in his admonition of not leaving my belongings unattended. He should work on his. tone and temperment when communicating to guests. Nonetheless, the staff was terrific and always helpful and I appreciated that.Ilike the willingness to assist with office needs including the ability to print a small amount of douments. THE ROOMS ARE IMPRESSIVE AS LONG AS YOU UNDERSTAND THE SPACE IS SMALL. i was aware when booking so no somplaints. the ability to see the LA skyline was very relaxing. Everything in the room is controlled by an ipad. I had trouble controlling the temp but was informed the temps can be adjuated by the front desk. The surriundings are convenient as food options are a plenty and within walking distance. JUst remember you qre in DT LOS ANGELES. CHRACTERS ARE APLENTY. The security is very pleasant and helpful. I was able to have nightly discussions with the female guard who regailed numerous illuminating stories of her time with people outside the hotel. I cannot explain how extraordinarily 'picky' I am as a customer. Even if I wanted to I cannot make up a problem that I had. it was an exceptional stay for me and must-stay again when visiting.

The room is the size of a match box!! The toilet’s in the same glass as the shower! My husbands and I luggage could not comfortably fit in the tiny room. No valet, no wash clothes in the room(you have to go to the front desk to get them), no luggage cart, no irons in the room! I had to go to a separate room AND wait in line to use the iron!! Beautiful hotel, great location but I would never spend my funds to stay here EVER again!!

I love CitizenM. Stayed at the CDG Airport CitizenM many times and we were always pleased with the cleanliness, services and decor. I wish the coffee was a little better quality. (Lavazza?) Pillows are a little thick for my taste but overall it's a great experience and at their prices are very attractive.

Loved that there was security and staff at the front lobby all day, felt very safe and secure. The room was great and the amenities were everything we needed. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again, but if you’re a solo female traveller, the surrounding areas aren’t the best.
