The room was a bit dodgy the bathroom shower had some mold. The overall feel was not great.

The entire hotel was freezing cold - lobby, hallways, elevator. My first room was 54 degrees. I changed rooms and the heat worked. However, the next morning there was no hot water to shower. The front desk said they would have maintenance check it. We had to leave for the day and I tried to call the hotel at least 10 times that day for an update. No one answered the phone. To avoid any more issues I got another hotel and checked out early. Because I ordered through Expedia the hotel refused to offer any type of refund for checking out early. I am still wrestling with Expedia for a reasonable response. This form of hotel business is unacceptable. The condition of the property and service received at the hotel was terrible.

Our first room was 54 degrees when we arrived. The maintenance worker attended to it, to no avail. We were provided a new room which was nice and warm. However the hallways and dining room continued to be freezing. Many complaints. Our shower leaked so the floor was continuously wet. The hotel does not seem well kept. Yet the price was what I would expect of a boutique hotel. There was not value for the price.

Only booked at this hotel for the "pool". The "pool" (that is the size of a bathtub) was closed the entire time and never mentioned upon booking or arrival. There was also a dirty towel left on our bathroom floor.

Easy to walk and visit/shop downtown. Staff were courteous and kind. The room was clean and the walkways smelled clean as well. Safe to walk to explore the downtown area of Geneva.

This property was ok. Clean, beautiful views. Everything in the room was low to the ground, though, including the toilet. And the lock on the door to the outside (ground floor) did not seem properly installed. It was just a slide lock that slid across the frame of the door. The bed was hard. On the plus side, they did let us check in a little early, and the staff was gracious.

The Lake view was nice The bathroom, however☹️ There was rust in the corner of the showers and around the shower faucet We barely had warm water to take a shower and we let it run for 15 minutes before using it We have stayed here before and don't remember this issue, but you can't be the location
