The carpet in our room was dirty and the pool area was not well maintained. The restaurant was expensive and underwhelming. The staff was nice and accommodating though and the location is beautiful. It could be a great place if they just tried harder to maintain it better.

Food prices were high, $25 food credit only counts for second day even if you have a 1 night stay which means essentially you can only use for breakfast. Tv in room is small and don’t work correctly and sound very low that you can’t hear it if ac/fan is on. There as a loud clock every 15 mins or so all night long loudly in room. No idea why it was We ordered a pizza and were told the size we wanted was 6 slices. When it arrived it was essentially a personal size pizza cutting 8 tiny pieces, not enough for 3 people. On top of that it was burnt on crust and underneath significantly and there was zero sauce. We called to complain and it was taken off bill. Overall pretty underwhelming and don’t see the appeal. Even $50 resort fee in winter an $10 parking fee when you self park is overboard IMO

Check in may take a while if a meeting has booked the hotel. Beds are comfortable. The balconies have a great view. Room service is subpar with plastic containers, utensils and delivered in a brown paper bag. The hotel charges for parking and resort pools.

This was a very nice getaway. I wanted peace and quiet and this hotel definitely provided that. The rooms were very spacious, peaceful, and quiet. The view from my room was absolutely everything. There are many amenities to use, including the spa. The staff was very warm and inviting. The pool area was definitely my favorite.

The property and staff were wonderful, but I had a disappointing experience regarding the $25 resort credit. I was charged for a purchase I expected the credit to cover. When I followed up, I was told the credit is only available on the checkout date because it generates alongside the resort fee. Although I was not informed of this at check-in, the operator insisted that because she trained the staff, such an oversight was impossible. I don’t know how well they are trained, anyway, it was frustrating to be treated as if I were being untruthful when I was simply stating the fact that I wasn't informed. The interaction was quite unprofessional.

The staff was excellent. Kim at the front desk was especially helpful. Elvis the bellman was great. All the restaurant staff helped me have delicious vegan meals. Beautiful room and view. Unfortunately some of my family in some rooms had water problems. Showers cut off or trickled or there was no water. But it was fixed.
