Everything about this hotel was comfortable and easy. The staff was so wonderful and helpful. The food options were amazing. The location was central to all the main attractions. I highly recommend staying here and I would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at this hotel, it was beautiful and would definitely stay again. The only thing was the lifts - maybe more needed for the capacity and size of the hotel - but I know that would be difficult. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a memorable one.

Clean, good location and very professional staff

The staff are the highlight of this hotel, extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is also good and in general the hotel is well kept. The only issue I found was that the room did not have a smart TV, there was no way of connecting my devices wirelessly which I would expect in a hotel of the calibre

Very close to the shopping mall and the attractions Free bus service to and from the Dubai Mall was very helpful

It was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly and good choice of food for breakfast
